Rosemary Oil has had the internet in a buzz for the last few months, mostly over a 2015 study that tested the efficacy of Rosemary Oil for hair regrowth vs. minoxidil 2% (the main ingredient in Rogaine).
In this study, they found the Rosemary Oil to be as effective at regrowing hair as minoxidil 2%. although much more research is needed.*
